Congratulations to Dr. Tomotaka Ugai for receiving an American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) Investigator-Initiated Research Grant award for his work entitled “Integration of Immunology and Microbiology into Epidemiologic Research on Early-onset Colorectal Cancer for Precision Oncology”. Tomo’s work will involve integrative analyses of tumor characteristics (including immune and microbial characteristics) from large-scale population studies to elucidate the etiology of early-onset colorectal cancer.
